The guideways are ground from hardened steel and the raceways are super-finish ground.

Standard type: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 45, 55

Widened type: 15-W, 20-W, 25-W, 30-W, 35-W

Installation method:

The guide rails TKVD.. (-ADB, -ADK) and TKVD..-W are fixed from above, the counterbores on the guide rails are used for fastening the bolts.
The guide rail TKVD..-U is fixed from below through the threaded holes in the guide rail.
Clamps and clamps are used to fix the guide rail TKVD..-K.

Slots for cover strips:
The top surface of the guide rail TKVD..-ADB has a slot for the adhesive cover strip (ADB), the top surface of the guide rail TKVD..-ADK has a dovetail-shaped slot for the installation of the embedded cover strip ( ADK).
