Linear Guidance System
Features: The linear guidance system uses the full complement linear recirculating roller bearing unit KUVS and the guide rail TKVD. The play can be adjusted, and the stroke is long and unrestricted.
Linear recirculating roller bearing units can be mounted directly to the surrounding structure, or integrated with a slide as a unit to the surrounding structure. This provides a flexible solution for very low section heights. Because the linear recirculating roller bearing unit is mounted on the side of the guide rail, it can provide a large support distance.
Lubrication: Linear recirculating roller bearing units are shipped with a moisture-proofing agent. Suitable for oil and grease lubrication. Both ends have grease nipples. Relubrication is also possible through the upper hole. Slider: The lubricating oil is installed on both sides of the slider. Through the lubricating nipple on the side of the slider, the lubricant is pumped into the lubrication hole on the upper part of the linear recirculating ball-bearing unit.
Sealing: The linear recirculating roller bearing unit is completely sealed, the end face is sealed with a sealing lip, and the side is sealed with a sealing strip and a guide rail to form a gap.
