Features: The four-row ball guideway is the most extensive product range in the linear guidance system. This series is full of balls. Due to the largest possible number of rolling elements, the full ball linear guidance system has a higher load capacity and Rigidity, for occasions requiring high loads, good dynamic performance, precise running position and low running friction, the guiding system is preloaded, the stroke is long and unrestricted.

A linear guidance system consists of at least: a slide block, a guide rail, a dummy guide rail, plastic filler pieces, and a lubricated connector. Four inline ball guide rails and their components come standard with basic grease.

Lubrication: Lubrication is carried out via the grease nipples on the end caps (on the end face or on the side), the grease nipples on the end faces are included in the delivery, contractually we will supply the grease nipples for side relubrication. The system has long relubrication intervals due to the grease stored in the lubricating oil chamber of the slide.

Sealing: End seals are installed at both ends of the slider to keep lubrication inside the slider.

Anti-corrosion design:
The four-row ball guide KUVE can also be anti-corrosion coated:
Special coating Corrotect, ProtectA. Preload grades: VO, V1 and V2, V1 is the standard grade.

Accuracy class: G1 to G4, the standard accuracy class is G3
