It is suitable for end chamfering of super long products such as guide rails.
Applicable product specifications: 15~65 rails.
Function:
(1) The equipment is manually loaded and unloaded, and the workpiece is fixed by the automatic clamping and pressing structure of the cylinder.
(2) The product chamfering program is pre-stored, and the corresponding program is selected according to the product specification for automatic chamfering.
(3) The chamfering of the equipment adopts the electric spindle, and the movement mode is a three-axis linkage.
(4) There is water cooling when the equipment is chamfered.
(5) The equipment is equipped with a safety shield and a safety door.
Features
1. Can finish internal angle, external angle, and pipe end at one time.
2. Automatic clamping, automatic blades penetrating and returning, fast speed, big capacity, high efficiency, convenient operation, easy learning, and understanding.
3. The speed of the main shaft blade penetrating can be adjusted, and fast speed and work speed functions are available.
4. Hydraulic system makes sure the working more stably.
5. In accordance with chamfering processing of workpieces of different sizes, only need to change the clamp fixtures and adjust the blade bed.
6. The system is manual, automatic, and easy to debug and use
7. Adapting materials: steel, iron, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.
8. The guide rail in the head of the machine adopts the casting, which improves the precision of CNC processing.
